Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work with many different professionals, from photographers to bakeries, florists, venue staff, etc. We have compiled a small list of vendors that you may wish to research further, as we have been happy with what we have seen of their services in the past. This page is not meant to be a personal endorsement - and there are NO kickbacks involved here - but rather, this is just a list of premiere services (in our humble opinion) within the city.
Qualico Family Centre (in Assiniboine Park)
A gorgeous glass building, beautiful in both summer and winter. The Qualico Family Centre lends itself well to Weddings, Wedding Ceremonies, Corporate Events, and many other types of parties. It offers a nice comfy lounging area, and a very open layout. It's also very close to popular Wedding Ceremony spots like the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, the Pavilion patio, and the English Garden. We have enjoyed playing music there, and we must admit, the food is wonderful!

The Pavilion (in Assiniboine Park)
This stunning venue works well for many types of events including Weddings, Wedding Ceremonies, Corporate Events, Birthdays and Anniversaries. The current Paviliion building was designed in 1930, and is newly renovated and beautiful. A wonderful combination of beauty and Winnipeg heritage.

Gateway To The Arctic (in Assiniboine Park)
This unique venue works well for many types of events including Weddings, Wedding Ceremonies, Corporate Events, Birthdays and Anniversaries. The Gateway To The Arctic features areas where your guests can mingle and watch polar bears or seals.

The Fort Garry Hotel
Winnipeg's classiest hotel has been doing weddings, conferences, graduations, trade shows and holiday festivities since 1913. They feature some of the most beautiful ballrooms you will ever see...including the newly acquired "Fort Garry Place" ballrooms!

Marshall McLuhan Hall (at the University of Manitoba)
This hidden Winnipeg gem features a couple of very nice outdoor patio ceremony options, as well as a very pretty wedding reception room. They have delicious food and we've noticed that their attention to detail is excellent.
